Linden's Grocery List


This is what is on the grocery list this week:
(Keep in mind that I'm new to grocery shopping)

Fruit:
Apples, bananas, tomatos, strawberries

Vegetables:
Cucumbers, broccoli, corn

Protein:
Ground beef, deli ham, pepperoni :), canned chicken, sunflower seeds

Dairy:
Skim milk, cottage cheese

Sauce:
Raspberry Vingarette

Other: Tomato soup, saltine crackers, parmasian cheese


Meals:

Monday:
Chicken Alfredo, and cottage cheese

Tuesday:
Pizza Grilled cheese (This might not be that healthy but boy does it look good!)

Wednesday:
Chicken half sandwiches and a side salad

Thursday:
Tomato soup and Grilled cheese

Friday:
Leftovers
