Alright, I found this great ab workout on Pinterest and I just added some simple and light legs and arms in between:
30 crunches
20 bicycles
30 toe touches
20 reverse crunches
20 push ups
50 calf raises
15 side plank hip lifts (R)
30 crunches
15 side plank hips lifts (L)
40 russian twists
20 bicep curls (10 lbs)
15 lunges (each leg)
30 bicycles
15 oblique v-ups (R)
20 reverse crunches
15 oblique v-ups (L)
10 leg lifts

I also stretched really well after. I felt my tendons tightening up and it is important to maintain your flexibility.

advanced elliptical workout

Today's workout was rather easy.  I went on a very short run and did a little toning. I haven't lifted weights in a while so I only did a short little circuit.

With 10 lb weight:
  • 10 bicep curls 
  • 10 shoulder presses
  • 10 split squats on each leg
  • 30 crunches
  • 20 butt raises
  • 10 leg lifts
  • Repeat 3x
After that I did a little calf toning with 50 calf raises.
I capped off the workout with a large glass of ice cold water! :)
